Chameleon

By downloading, installing, or using the Chameleon application ('App', 'Service'), operated by Jellypunch Co., Ltd. ('Jellypunch', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if older, to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Jellypunch reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

Chameleon is a private, encrypted messaging application that provides end-to-end encrypted communications, dual-identity PIN management, stealth mode functionality, and disguise features for launcher icons. The Service is designed for privacy-conscious individuals and does not intentionally facilitate illegal activities. Use of any stealth or disguise feature must comply with all applicable laws.

4.1 Registration: You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 4.2 Account Security: You agree to notify Jellypunch immediately at help@jellypunch.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Jellypunch will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. 4.3 User Code: Upon account creation, you will be assigned a unique 6-character alphanumeric User Code. This code is used to identify your account within the network for contact discovery purposes.

5.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Service for lawful personal communications, privacy protection, and any other personal use consistent with these Terms. 5.2 Prohibited Use: You agree NOT to (a) use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) distribute spam, malware, or harassing content; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App; (e) use the App to stalk, harass, or threaten others; (f) attempt to access other users' private data without authorization.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

The App and all content, features, and functionality thereof (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and design) are owned by Jellypunch Co., Ltd., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JELLYPUNCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JELLYPUNCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JELLYPUNCH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Jellypunch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and/or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
